Common questions
Is this the MBTI?
No. UR JOBS wrote this test. It shares the four-pair idea and four-letter codes, but the questions, scoring and descriptions are UR JOBS’ own. It is not related to The Myers-Briggs Company.
How long does it take?
About 15 minutes for 100 pairs. You can pause; this device keeps your answers for 24 hours.
What does UR JOBS store about me?
No name, phone or email. Only your type, the four pair scores, the language and the time, for 12 months. You can delete it any time.
Does the result affect my applications?
No. UR JOBS never uses it to accept or reject anyone. Staff see it only when you yourself send the result code on Zalo for advice.
Can I retake it?
Yes, as often as you like. Each run is a separate result with its own link.
